Rotten Neighbor?

Have you ever had a horrible neighbor with absolutely no manners? I can't say I ever have...but if I did I'm sure I'd want to warn people.

Enter RottenNeighbor.com Take a look - it's a great idea. It's basically based around a traditional 'google maps' type setup...but allows you to 'pinpoint' certain addresses and write comment. If you have a rotten neighbor, feel free to warn the world about them anonymously. I can see where this could turn ugly...but as long as everything is factual I don't see too much of an issue.
